The Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Primera División, also known as LaLiga and LaLiga EA Sports for sponsorship reasons, is the top tier of the Spanish football league system and is managed by the Liga de Fútbol Profesional (LFP).

The most successful team is Real Madrid, with 35 wins, followed by Barcelona and Atlético Madrid, with 27 and 11 respectively.

At the end of the 2019-2020 season, the Primera División occupied 1st place in the UEFA club competition ranking.
