Bof Association

BOF (BOF Association) is an organization based in Imola, active since 2018, and part of the No Sprechi ODV network, with which it shares its president, Alfonso Bottiglieri. This synergy reflects a shared commitment to solidarity and sustainability.

The association focuses on the sustainable planning and management of cultural and food-related events, with special attention to street food and the fight against food waste, actively supporting initiatives like the National Food Collection Day organized by Banco Alimentare.

A core aspect of BOF’s work is the organization of eco-sustainable events aimed at reducing environmental impact and promoting more responsible behavior, with the goal of adopting the ISO 20121 sustainability management standard.

One of its most notable initiatives is the “NeverGiveUp Memorial Nicola Ussia”, which raises awareness about cardiovascular disease prevention and collects funds to donate defibrillators to local organizations. Nicola Ussia tragically passed away from a heart attack in 2009. The initiative is carried forward by his children, Antonio Ussia and Giulia Ussia, who are members of the Bof association. Over the years, 8 defibrillators have been donated and placed in key locations across the Imola area.

These new auctions promoted by the Bof association aim to raise funds to purchase a Lucas System to be donated to the 118 Emergency Department of the Imola local health authority (AUSL).

BOF is also committed to social causes through charity auctions and active collaboration with local entities, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a focus on key issues such as environmental sustainability and community support.

Memorabid auctions

"Memorabid Auctions" - identified by a gold graphic design, are promoted and authenticated by the platform, which guarantees every aspect of the item as described in the accompanying text, including authenticity of the athlete’s signature as well as offering certification that the item was really worn in the indicated match.

All the items presented in this section are stored in the Memorabid warehouse, are photographed by the in-house team and are displayed using “360 photo” technology.

When a customer wins a “Memorabid Auction” will have the chance to purchase a COA “Certificate Of Authenticity” (an official document with an NFC Chip related to one sticked on his memorabilia, to certify the authenticity of the purchased item) at a cost of 25 euros at check out.
Marketplace auctions

"Marketplace Auctions" - identified by a blue graphic design, are uploaded directly by collectors who choose to sell an item using Memorabid.

The platform does not guarantee the veracity of the description and nor does it guarantee the authenticity of the item’s characteristics; this is a “marketplace” section that gives the collector/seller a space or shop window in which to sell their item by putting it up for auction online and it works exactly like the leading digital auction platforms that offer any user the chance to sell their goods.

The Memorabid team examines and pre-approves every candidate seller, exactly as every auction that is uploaded, refuse to publish those that fail to meet standards of form or ones that may need editing (if the photograph or description is missing and/or unsatisfactory, for example).

When a user is interested in an item can contact the seller directly via the site’s built-in messaging function to receive clarification or further information regarding the lot in question.

When a customer wins a Marketplace auction they will have the chance to purchase a COO “Certificate Of Origin" (at a cost of 19 euros), a document with an NFC Chip related to one sticked on his memorabilia, to certify that the item was purchased on Memorabid.com
