Golden Foot Award

The Golden Foot is an international award assigned annually to players who are at least 28 years old who have distinguished themselves for their sporting achievements, individually and with their team, and for their personality.

Each year, in addition to the main award, the Golden Foot committee honors football legends and senior football executives for great career merits with the Golden Foot Prestige and Legends Award.

It is assigned to an active player based on public votes made on the official website of the event.

During the event are also awarded on special invitation great champions of the past.

The winners leave his feet on the Champions Promenade, a particular Walk of Fame on the seafront of the Principality of Monaco, and for this reason the prize can only be won once for each player.

The award has reached its 20th edition this year.

Memorabid auctions

"Memorabid Auctions" - identified by a gold graphic design, are promoted and authenticated by the platform, which guarantees every aspect of the item as described in the accompanying text, including authenticity of the athlete’s signature as well as offering certification that the item was really worn in the indicated match.

All the items presented in this section are stored in the Memorabid warehouse, are photographed by the in-house team and are displayed using “360 photo” technology.

When a customer wins a “Memorabid Auction” will have the chance to purchase a COA “Certificate Of Authenticity” (an official document with an NFC Chip related to one sticked on his memorabilia, to certify the authenticity of the purchased item) at a cost of 25 euros at check out.
