Acqua di Parma
Acqua di Parma is an Italian perfumer known for its delicate fragrance.
It was founded in 1916, and began its activity in Parma in a small perfume factory.
The brand was subsequently renewed in 1993 and financed by Diego Della Valle, owner of Tod’s, Luca di Montezemolo and Paolo Borgomanero.
The company was finally acquired by the LVMH group in 2001 and now has its headquarters in Milan.
The original fragrance of the brand, simply called "Cologne", was created in 1916 in the historic center of Parma.
To help relaunch the brand, new products have been introduced, including a line of handmade leather objects, collectibles, aromatherapy products, high quality candles and several new perfumes and colonies subject to new formulations and formats marketed since the second half of the current decade.
