Consolini Volley San Giovanni

Consolini Volley is a women’s volleyball team from San Giovanni in Marignano, in the province of Rimini, Emilia Romagna, militant in the Serie A2 championship.

The club was founded in 1970. Between the nineties and the two thousand years the team participates first in the Serie D and then in the Serie C.

In 2013, the Polisportiva Adolfo Consolini bought the sports rights to play in the 2013-14 championship in Serie B2, and in the following season, the 2014-15, thanks to the first place in the championship, the team is promoted to Serie B1 where it debuts in the 2015-16 season. Also in this case he won both the regular season and the promotion play-offs getting promotion to Serie A2, the championship in which he still plays.

In 2017 Consolini Volley won its first trophy, the Italian Cup Serie A2.
