Candido Cannavò Foundation for sport

The Candido Cannavò Foundation for sport, established on 17 November 2009 thanks to the contribution of RCS Mediagroup, Gazzetta dello Sport and the Cannavò family, was created with the specific aim of collecting the personal commitment that, the longest-serving director of the rosea, he practiced in the social sector believing strongly both in the values ​​brought by sport and in its universal language.

Since then, the Foundation has been operating in the fields of sports culture, with particular attention to respect for the rules and, again through sport, deals with social emergencies, prison hardship, diversity and discrimination.
