Dubai Urban Development: A Night Portrait

This photograph captures Dubai's impressive nighttime skyline, dominated by the iconic Burj Khalifa towering in the center. The city is a sea of ​​sparkling lights, with modern skyscrapers rising against the dark sky. The illuminated arterial roads and complex urban structures stand out, creating a dynamic and futuristic image of the metropolis.

The image is the result of a research project aimed at capturing the dynamic and luxurious essence of Dubai at night. The goal was to emphasize the verticality and magnificence of the skyline, with the Burj Khalifa as the visual fulcrum, while also highlighting the complex network of roads and other skyscrapers that compose the panorama. The greatest challenge was balancing the exposure between the bright lights of the city and the deep darkness of the sky. The elevated vantage point was chosen to convey a sense of vastness, offering a perspective that highlights the density and modernity of urbanization. The intent was to convey the vibrant energy of a city that never sleeps, a true spectacle of engineering and human ambition, illuminated for a festive occasion.

The final closing of the lot will take place during the event on Monday, November 3rd, at 6:30 PM in the Salone d'Onore at Triennale Milano.

At the end of the pre-auction, the highest bid received for each lot will constitute the starting bid for the in-person event. If there are no further bids, the pre-auction winner will definitively win the lot.

Pre-auction winners will receive an email inviting them to raise a maximum bid, which will be carried forward to the auction on November 3rd to protect the interests of the online pre-auction participant.

Winners of the online pre-auction will also be offered the opportunity to defend their bid by participating remotely at the November 3rd event, via the telephone auction mechanism directly through the CAF Association.
