The protective plastron of the Italian national team worn by Arianna Errigo.
Errigo signed the back of the protective plastron used by the athletes.
The protective plastron in fencing is a reinforced garment worn under the uniform to absorb the impact of hits and reduce the risk of injury. It is mandatory for youth categories and recommended for all athletes, especially in foil and sabre.
The Stelle nello Sport Association was established in 2019 to systemise all the activities and events promoted with the aim of enhancing all sports and spreading sports culture and values in Liguria. A project conceived and promoted by Michele Corti in 2000, which has grown year after year to the important goals and results achieved.
This memorabilia is part of the match supply made available to players during official competitions, it could have been worn during the match and washed after the end of the match or prepared for the match but then not used.
