Penarol, following the victory against Flamengo of champions such as Zico, Nunes, Júnior, Andrade and many others, will reach the final of the competition managing to win against the Colombian club Cobreloa.
This match will go down in history as it was the first time that the Brazilian battleship was beaten, which only a year earlier managed to beat Aston Villa to become world champion, equaling the record held untouched by Pelè's Santos.

The shirt is accompanied by the certificate of authenticity signed by Eugenio Figueredo, former vice president of Conmebol. Figueredo received the shirt from Walter Olivera, former Penarol player who was a starter during the match and who exchanged shirts with Zico, of whom we managed to get the frame of the exchange of the shirts at the end of the match.
