Additional information:
"This image was born from a momentary intuition. I had asked the assistant to move a highlight panel and he placed it for a moment on the surface where the model was lying; in doing so the panel created a reflection inside the dark area that I had kept under the groin, creating an interesting glow of light. But the light was not diffused enough so I placed a simple sheet of white paper on the surface, which gave the soft effect of brightness that I was looking for."
