"The work “Milan 1989” was created for a project desired by the Municipal Electricity Company of Milan, which had commissioned Gabriele Basilico and other international authors to work on the city's nighttime lighting. Basilico worked mainly in the central areas, alternating overall nighttime visions and architectural details."
