Description

The original documentation of the transfer of Ariedo Braida from Palermo to Monza, which took place in 1975.

As a center-forward, Braida played in Serie A with the shirts of Brescia, Varese and Cesena, scoring 14 goals in 4 seasons.

In the Serie B 1969/70 championship, with the Varese shirt, he won the top scorer with 13 goals, tied with Bettega and Bonfanti.

Behind this market operation was Adriano Galliano, future executive of the Milan, who remembering the purchase of Braida has said:

“My first deal and effective success took place in the November of ’75, the Monza in Serie C has an exchange with the Palermo which was in Serie B at the time, we acquire from the rosaneros Ariedo Braida and we gave them our then center forward Peressin, this was my first operation with Ariedo who then becomes my close friend and when he stops playing we make him the manager of Monza, then he goes to Udine and then I manage to convince the president Berlusconi to make him become DS of our Milan.

OTHER "MARKETPLACE AUCTIONS" THAT CAN BE INTERESTING

"Marketplace Auctions" - identified by a blue graphic design, are uploaded directly by collectors who choose to sell an item using Memorabid.

The platform does not guarantee the veracity of the description and nor does it guarantee the authenticity of the item’s characteristics; this is a “marketplace” section that gives the collector/seller a space or shop window in which to sell their item by putting it up for auction online and it works exactly like the leading digital auction platforms that offer any user the chance to sell their goods.

The Memorabid team examines and pre-approves every candidate seller, exactly as every auction that is uploaded, refuse to publish those that fail to meet standards of form or ones that may need editing (if the photograph or description is missing and/or unsatisfactory, for example).

When a user is interested in an item can contact the seller directly via the site’s built-in messaging function to receive clarification or further information regarding the lot in question.

When a customer wins a Marketplace auction they will have the chance to purchase a COO “Certificate Of Origin" (at a cost of 19 euros), a document with an NFC Chip related to one sticked on his memorabilia, to certify that the item was purchased on Memorabid.com
