The basis of the original concept of Barolo is the need to orient different shades towards a unique direction. In fact, the most historical producers have always avoided putting the single expression before the choral one, capable of immediately returning an idea of coherence and integration. It is on the wave of this traditional impetus, therefore, that we decided to let the two faces of the denomination coexist in the same glass: the gentle one, typical of the northern side of the region, and the more austere one, typical of the lands facing the Mediterranean Sea. The choice of wanting to outline in a wine the features of an entire territory gives us a multifaceted, rich and virile liquid, capable of exhibiting its own character in youth and challenging evolution with the right momentum.
