Original Artwork 1/1 | Mattia Mastrillo

A unique and exclusive contemporary artwork, created by Italian artist Mattia Mastrillo to celebrate the history, tradition, and achievements of one of the most historic clubs in Italian football.

SS Lazio Story is an original collectible artwork, created as a unique, one-of-a-kind piece that cannot be reproduced, through a combination of artistic techniques, photographic collages, painting, and resin-treated materials.

At the center of the composition is a physical SS Lazio shirt inspired by the iconic 1999/2000 season kit, featuring the unmistakable sky-blue color, the Cirio sponsor, the Puma logo, and the club's historic crest. One of the most representative shirts in Lazio's history, it symbolizes a legendary season that culminated in winning both the Serie A title and the Coppa Italia, establishing Lazio as one of the most memorable teams in Italian football history.

A THREE-DIMENSIONAL ARTWORK COMBINING ART AND HISTORY

The artwork's distinctive feature is the presence of a real fabric football shirt, directly incorporated into the canvas and treated with a special resin coating, which enhances its structure and gives the composition a striking three-dimensional effect.

The shirt is not simply depicted or printed but forms a physical part of the artwork, creating depth, volume, and a powerful visual impact.

The background consists of an elaborate collage of sports newspaper front pages, historic photographs, and celebratory images inspired by the most significant moments in Lazio's history.

The composition is further enhanced by hand-painted details, splashes of color, and artistic elements that blend with the shirt and historical images, creating a balance between football heritage and contemporary artistic expression.

The result is an exclusive three-dimensional artwork that transforms a symbol of football history into an authentic work of art and a unique collectible piece.
