Even in his final match, Nedvěd made a significant contribution on the pitch, providing the assist for Vincenzo Iaquinta's second goal.

The most emotional moment came in the 39th minute of the second half, when Nedvěd left the pitch for the final time, embraced by his teammates and greeted by a standing ovation from the entire stadium, as the fans paid tribute to one of the most iconic figures in Juventus' modern history.
