Notice of Convocation for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Milan Club, an important original corporate document from the 1920s.


Original typewritten document issued by the Società Anonima Campo Sportivo Milan Club, dated Milan, 25 September 1926, containing the notice convening the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, addressed to shareholder Luigi Giovanardi.


The document consists of a single sheet bearing the letterhead of the Società Anonima Campo Sportivo Milan Club, with the registered office at Via T. Grossi No. 2, Milan, and is marked "Registered Mail" (Raccomandata). Addressed to Luigi Giovanardi, it announces the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 29 September 1926 at Via Meravigli No. 7, Milan.


The typewritten text includes the meeting agenda, comprising the presentation and approval of the financial statements as of 30 June 1926, the election of four directors to replace outgoing board members, the appointment of the statutory auditors for the 1926–1927 financial year, and other general business.


The document also provides notice of a second meeting, scheduled for 6 October 1926, specifying the procedures for attendance and the appointment of a proxy by shareholders.


The lower section contains the printed proxy authorization form, which remains uncompleted. The document bears the typewritten names of Secretary Rag. Wilmant and Chairman of the Board of Directors Piero Pirelli.
