Olivicola Blerana is a artisanal agricultural company located in Blera, in the heart of the Tuscia Viterbese region, a volcanic area that offers ideal conditions for olive cultivation. For generations, the farm has been promoting the local olive-growing heritage through a short, transparent, and fully traceable supply chain, respecting agricultural tradition and the authenticity of the region.

Lot:

The lot consists of 10 bottles of 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively from a blend of carefully selected olives processed within 24 hours of harvest. Cold pressing, carried out at a temperature below 27°C, allows for the full preservation of the product’s organoleptic and nutritional characteristics.

• Medium-intense fruitiness
• Elegant herbaceous notes with hints of artichoke and almond
• Harmonious balance between bitter and spicy notes

Quality parameters:

• Acidity ≤ 0.3%
• Peroxide value ≤ 10 meqO₂/kg

The oil is packaged in eco-friendly dark glass bottles, designed to ensure optimal preservation of the product and enhance its presentation in restaurant settings, tastings, and regional promotions. The bottles are equipped with tamper-evident caps.
