Guests will be accompanied on a journey into the Giusti family, producers of balsamic vinegar since 1605.

An exclusive tour of the Giusti Museum, where dedication, care, and the tradition of over a century of expertise are intertwined, brought to life by the narration of a knowledgeable guide.

The experience continues inside the Ancient Acetaie, where guests will meet the Giusti family's trusted Master Vinegar Maker. He will illustrate the ancient method of rincalzi and travasi, and offer tastings of balsamic vinegar directly from centuries-old barrels.

The tour concludes with a tasting of over 10 of the finest balsamic vinegars, tasted by drops for a vertical tasting of flavors.
