"Lapland Stay" for 2 people:

• 4 nights in a double room (Beana Room) - Full board
• Flight from Italy to Rovaniemi and private return transfers between Rovaniemi Airport and the hotel.
• Flights from Palermo, Catania, and Olbia, required to reach Milan/Rome, are included.
• Winter clothing for the entire stay, provided on the day of arrival and to be returned before departure. Snowshoes, forest skis (sliding snowshoes), and sleds are also provided.
• Group excursions with a maximum of 10 participants, English-speaking guides, Italian-language options available upon request based on availability for your travel dates.
• One snowshoe excursion (2 hours)
• One husky safari, 2 people per sled (5 hours)
• One snowmobile excursion, 2 people per snowmobile (3 hours)
• One visit to the reindeer farm (3 hours)
• Medical insurance with a maximum coverage of €30,000 included, baggage €500.00. Insurance and airport fees are also included.
• The stay can be booked from November to December 2026, excluding the following periods: December 8th, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Epiphany, and November 1st.

• Transfer from the city of origin to the airport
• Flight/train transfer to the destination unless specifically indicated in the package
• Round-trip transfer from the airport/station to the hotel unless specified

• Medical insurance supplements not included in the package, such as insurance with unlimited coverage

• Entry visas, additional documents if required
• Anything not specified in the individual package details is excluded.

Terms and conditions:

• In the event of unavailability of An alternative of the same standard will be booked for the facilities indicated.
• Bookings are non-refundable. Upon issuance of travel documents (for example, flights), the reservation will be deemed to have been used and cannot be changed.
• Bookings must be made at least two months in advance of the departure date, and in any case by December 31, 2026. The actual departure date will be agreed upon between the Agency and the winner based on actual availability at the time of booking.
• Occasionally, some buildings or monuments may be under renovation during the visits included in the itinerary and therefore cannot be visited in whole or in part. The start and end dates of these works are not communicated to us promptly by local authorities and therefore may be beyond the tour operator's control.
• All packages are subject to a feasibility review based on updates to national regulations.
• The tour operator may make itinerary changes not of its own volition, but in order to ensure the safety of travelers and maximize the travel experience.
• Booking requests after the deadline cannot be considered.
