The 2004 UEFA European Football Championship was the twelfth edition of the tournament, organized every four years by UEFA. It was held in Portugal from 12 June to 4 July 2004 and saw Greece win their first title, defeating the host nation in the final.
The ball is signed on the back.
The ball comes from the private collection of a former AIA referee.
