Milan match issued shirt for Cafu for a Champions League match, 2004/05 season.

The shirt appears to have been issued because, in that season, AC Milan used this model (gold away) only in a friendly match against Juventus, and never in a UEFA Champions League game.

In fact, the kit men always issued several different shirt models to choose from: only after the final kit assignment was made did it become clear which one would actually be worn in the match.
