Milan match issued / worn shirt by Cafù in a Uefa Champions League match, 2006/07 season

The Brazilian full-back used this shirt model (white away) in the UEFA Champions League on three occasions:

• In the away match against Lille, valid for the group stage, which ended in a 0–0 draw.
• In the quarter-final second leg played against Bayern Munich, in which Cafu came on as a substitute in the final minutes of the match.
• In the first leg of the semi-final played in Manchester against United, a match in which Cafu remained on the bench.

The Rossoneri also used this shirt model in the final played against Liverpool; however, the shirt cannot be attributed to that match, as the match detail was present on the front.

Cafu has signed the shirt on the front.
