Sampdoria used this white away model shirt only in two Uefa Cup matches:

• Halmstad vs Sampdoria 1-3 played on 24/11/2005 valid for the group stage
• Lens vs Sampdoria 2-1 played on 15/12/2005 valid for the group stage

The shirt comes from the private collection of a former AIA referee.
