A classic-method rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes, soft pressing with immediate separation of the skins, fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Subsequent secondary fermentation in the bottle with selected yeasts and aging on the lees for at least 10 months, after which disgorgement and the addition of carefully selected liqueurs from previous vintages complete the natural evolution of the product.
