Faux-plain material. A blend of colors and yarns that recalls the typical Indian hand weaving. Holi is inspired by the artisanal fabrics made in particular in the Bhagalpur region.
Here silkworms are raised. Here the weavers still weave by hand. Here a few years ago they also began to weave the waste from wild silk production, giving life to an incredible mix of colors.
The name Holi (literally “the festival of colors”), a suggestive and colorful Hindu festival that takes place during the Spring Equinox, refers to color. Very resistant, full-bodied and velvety thanks to the use of chenille,
Holi is suitable for upholstery.
