Gremio match shirt worn by Ronaldinho in the occasion of his debut with the first team in the match of Copa Festa da Uva against Caxias, played on 28/02/1998, season 1997/1998.


The match ended 1-2 for of Gremio.


Brazil soccer icon Ronaldinho wore this black and blue Grêmio primary kit on Feb. 28, 1998, in Copa Festa da Uva action against S.E.R. Caxias do Sul before his professional debut for the club. Ronaldinho started the match and played all 90 minutes in his club's 2-1 victory.

Ronaldinho played three seasons for Grêmio before moving to Paris Saint-Germain, where his legendary career took off.

The 2005 Ballon d'Or winner, Ronaldinho led Brazil to the 2002 FIFA World Cup title.


This shirt comes from Marcos Paulo Alves, Caxias player, that after the match, swapped his shirt with Ronaldinho.

The jersey comes with an LOA from Marcos Paulo Alves, a player for Caxias who swapped his shirt with Ronaldinho after the match.

His letter states (translated from Portuguese to English): "I am Marcos Paulo Alves, Brazilian, born in the city of Sao Carlos, SP, CPF number 266.923.988-94, former professional soccer player for S.E.R. Caxias, a professional football club located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, I hereby declare that the Gremio shirt in the photos below and attached to this document is an authentic football shirt, worn by former player Ronaldo de Assis Moreira, who gave it to me present after the festive professional game I participated in, Caxias 1 x 2 Gremio, which took place on 02/28/1998, in the city of Casias do Sul, in celebration of the 26th anniversary of the first color transmission of a football match on Brazilian TV."


Additionally, this jersey comes with an LOA from MEARS (319224), which has assessed this jersey as "Authentic."

He made his official debut on 28/02/1998 against Caxias in a friendly tournament. He made his debut in an official match for the first time on 4 March 1998 in the Copa Libertadores against CR Vasco da Gama.


This exceptional Grêmio primary kit is light blue and black striped, with white accents and an "Ironcryl" advertisement on the front.

The chest also features a Grêmio badge and Penalty logo.

A Penalty tag is sewn on the front left tail.

Ronaldinho's number "11" is printed on the back of the jersey below "Renner."

A size "XL/12" tag is present on the back inside collar.
